Shipping policy
Where do we ship? We ship to Malta and across the European Union, as well as select international destinations.
How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping times Our products are fulfilled by our international dropshipping partners and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Malta & EU: 7–20 business days
- Rest of World: 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and carrier availability. During peak periods (holidays, sales events), delays may occur.
Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
Customs & import duties For orders within the EU, VAT is included where applicable. Orders shipped from outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
